To celebrate his appearance at the 3rd Annual Hopscotch Music Festival (Sept. 6-8 -- Raleigh, NC), singer-songwriter Charles Latham will release his newest collection of songs, entitled "Fast Loans", as a limited edition digital download available exclusively at the festival.
